My Brief Story

In 2009, I started a career as lawyer. Throughout law school and during my two years practicing law, I worked tirelessly.  

Though I had been fit all my life, I gained a fair amount of weight during this period, ate a lot of crappy food, and struggled to work out regularly

In 2011, when I decided to make a career change, I discovered the revolutionary system of Precision Nutrition on how to eat healthier without painfully depriving yourself of favorite foods or having to live on green smoothies.

That same year, I also learned the super-fun and time-efficient methods of building muscle tone, strength, and flexibility through kettlebell training.

By combining the best of what I learned in both areas, I was able to rescue my body by losing ALL the weight I gained, transforming my body, and keeping my sanity along the way.

I have taken those strategies and helped over a HUNDRED clients do the same for themselves.

Frequently Asked Questions

Each month, I will go live on Zoom for 1 hour and deliver that month’s training and coaching. You will be emailed a link for that video stream. You can also access that stream in the exclusive member’s online site, as well.

The current schedule for live trainings will be the 3rd or 4th Thursday of each month from 12pm-1pm CST.

The first live training will be on Thursday, August 22nd at 12pm CST.

If you can't make the live training, within 72 hours, I will post the recorded replay of that month’s training in the online member’s site.

This allows you to watch it whenever it works for your schedule. Also, you will have access to the MP3 recording of the training so you can listen to it on the go.

You will have access to the previous 3 months of live training videos!

Right now, the plan is a breakdown of the following topics:

Great question! Each month’s topic is designed to help you see results within 30 days of implementing the strategies of that session – provided you implement them on a daily/weekly basis and stay committed to the recommendations.Sometimes results can be losing weight, other times it can be gaining more muscle tone, and still others it would be a change in mindset that, for example, allows you to be more motivated.
